MEMBERSHIP

As a registered user, additional perks include:

    ORDERS
    • Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation which will include an order number. 
    • Additional Instructions: Any additional requests can be filled out in your comment box at the checkout section, we will do our best to fulfill your request but if it is not possible, we will contact you via email to try and find an alternative! 
    • Exchange: For Singapore orders, we accept 1-1 exchange if the item you bought is of the wrong size or color pending on the state of the returned item. Please note that there will be an additional $20 fee for pickup and delivery. 
    • Problem with Order: In the event the there is a problem with the item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery of the order by emailing us at hello@thepawmise.com. An exchange will be made if the item delivered is in a damaged condition/past expiry date/manufacturer’s defect/wrong item at no extra cost.

    PAYMENT

    • The Pawmise accepts all major Credits Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow.
    • Refunds: If any of the goods become unavailable after confirmation and payment, we will inform you immediately. You can choose to opt for a refund on the product or decide to wait for the item to be back in stock. Any reimbursements will be carried out via the payment method you have opt for during checkout.
